Why we need this

Your Google listing is where local customers find you first. Many tap "Message" or "Call" right from Search or Maps — your agent can pick up those messages instantly and turn them into booked appointments.

Google requires the business owner to own the listing, so if you haven't claimed it, you'll do that first. Then you add us as a Manager and we connect it to your agent. You always stay the owner.

Step-by-step

Make sure your listing is claimed

Go to google.com/business and click Manage now, signing in with your Google account. If your business is listed but not yet claimed, follow Google's prompt to claim & verify it (this can take a few days by postcard, so start early).

Turn on messaging

In your Business Profile, make sure Messages / Chat is enabled so customers can message you from Google. Your agent handles the replies from here.

Add us as a Manager

This lets us connect your agent without owning your listing or needing your password.

Open Settings → People and access (sometimes "Business Profile managers"), click Add, and enter our email with the Manager role:
