Why we need this

Facebook messages are hot leads. Someone asking "are you open Saturday?" on Messenger is ready to book — but usually waits hours for a reply. Your agent answers instantly and books them on the spot.

Facebook requires a Page admin to grant access, so you'll add us to your Page. We only manage messages — you stay the Page owner, and you never share your password.

Step-by-step

Make sure you have a Facebook Page

This needs to be a Facebook Business Page (not just your personal profile). If you don't have one yet, create it at facebook.com/pages/create — takes a couple minutes.

Open your Page's access settings

Go to business.facebook.com (Meta Business Suite) → Settings. Then open People (or, from the Page directly: Settings → Page access).

💡Facebook moves these menus around often. If you can't find it, send us a screenshot and we'll point to the exact button — or we'll screen-share.

Add us to your Page

Click Add People, enter our email, and give a role that can manage messages (Facebook calls this "Full control" or "Admin"):

Confirm, and we'll accept the invite on our end.
