Connect Your Channels
Booking appointments is your agent's whole job — and for that it needs your calendar. This quick guide gets Calendly set up so every qualified lead lands as a real appointment on your schedule.

Calendly connects to your calendar, so you'll create it, then simply send us your booking link and we wire it into the agent. You never share your password.
Go to calendly.com and click Sign up. If you use Gmail, choose Sign up with Google — it's fastest and connects your calendar in one step.
Choose the calendar you already use — Google, Outlook/Microsoft, or iCloud — and sign in to allow access. This lets the agent see your real availability and add new bookings automatically.
Tell Calendly the days and hours you accept appointments. The agent will only ever offer times inside those windows.
Click Create → Event Type. Name it clearly (e.g. "Consultation — 30 min"), set the length, and choose the location (phone, in-person, or video).
This is all the agent needs. On your event, click Copy link — it looks like calendly.com/your-name/consultation.
